Christin Rempel, BSW, RSW, TPP

Christin has practiced social work since 2008.  She has spent her entire career supporting children with varying abilities and families from many different backgrounds.  Christin works from a trauma informed, anti-oppressive, strength based perspective and will meet children where they are at developmentally.  Christin has knowledge and experience in the foundations of play therapy and utilizes many tools from this in her work with children.

Christin’s priority is to ensure that children feel safe and heard in her presence.  She loves to get down on the floor and engage in games, creative play or art as a way to open up important conversations.  Christin can support children to work through anxiety, depression, family separation, grief and loss, experiences with bullying and will work with them to build confidence and self-esteem to last a lifetime.
