Trista Robinson, BSW

Be heard, not judged. Working from an anti-oppressive, intersectional, and trauma-informed lens, Trista Robinson provides clinically safe care in every aspect, as well as collaborative care to support shared decision making and wellness.  
 
Accessing a variety of modalities — strength based, solution-focused, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), trauma informed care, motivational interviewing, and more — Trista feels privileged to support you through your work.  Trista creates safety and acceptance in her sessions, and walks alongside you as you explore your vulnerabilities and deepen your sense of self.
