Allison Leedahl

Allison is a registered Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. With a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the University of Regina (2016) and currently completing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at the same institution, Allison brings both education and experience to her practice. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their struggles and work toward healing and growth.

Allison’s approach is rooted in trauma-informed, client-centered, anti-oppressive, and feminist principles. She believes in the importance of meeting clients where they are in their journey and offering guidance that empowers them to create meaningful change. With an open and honest approach, Allison provides a compassionate environment where clients feel heard, respected, and challenged in ways that promote growth.
Her therapeutic methods include Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based modalities, tailored to each individual’s unique needs. She works collaboratively with clients, helping them develop tools to manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the complexities of grief or trauma.

Allison’s goal is for each client to feel safe and supported as they move forward on their healing journey, whether they are facing personal challenges, navigating grief, or adjusting to life changes. She is committed to providing the necessary resources and referrals to support her clients in achieving their goals. She works with individuals age 16 and older.
