One of the main factors that set Carter’s Counselling Services Business Wellness Program apart from others, is that we can become your onsite Wellness coordinators if needed. We meet your business where you’re at. Our goal is to reduce the amount of time management spends on complex situations and let you grow and focus on your business. In addition, we are invested in supporting employees, the CEO, HR Manager, and other decision-makers.

Many businesses successfully host a learn-at-lunch approach to supplement employee training and development activities. For example, some call them “brown bag” sessions in honor of the bags we used to carry our lunches in, and others reverse the phrase, calling them Lunch-and-Learn events.

At Carter’s Counselling Services, we offer packages for facilitating lunch-and-learns at your business.

We offer one-hour discussions on:

We have various packages to choose from;

Bronze package – $350 includes one hour of discussion of your topic choice.

Silver package – $350 + $12.50 for each staff member who attends -includes a one-hour discussion of your choice, on the topic of your choice, lunch for staff members.

Gold Package – $550 is our silver package with team-building exercises to build connections and relationships with staff members.

Lunch and learns are facilitated by Allison Leedahl and Katharine Carter.
