Hello. I’m Jessica (she/her), a registered Social Worker and Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I use a holistic approach that explores the connections between various aspects of my clients’ lives to create personalized plans that enhance their mental and emotional well-being. I am particularly passionate about the intersection of nutrition and mental health and incorporate this into my approach when relevant.
I work with adults on a wide range of issues, and I have extensive experience supporting women experiencing arthritis, autoimmune conditions, menopause, and related health concerns. My primary therapeutic modalities are strengths-based and cognitive behavioral techniques aimed at helping clients improve their quality of life—whether they are managing overwhelming priorities, health issues, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck.
