She uses a holistic approach that explores the connections between the mental, physical, emotional, and cultural aspects of her clients’ lives to create personalized therapeutic interventions that enhance well-being. She is particularly passionate about the intersection of nutrition and mental health and incorporates this into her approach when relevant. Jessica works with adults on a wide range of issues, including relationship challenges, self-worth, chronic health conditions, burnout, and overwhelm.
My primary therapeutic modalities are psychodynamic, strengths-based, and cognitive behavioural, using techniques to help clients improve their quality of life—whether they are managing overwhelming priorities, health issues, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck.
I have experience supporting clients with:

- Burnout and overwhelm
- Relationship conflict and stress
- Mental health and nutrition during perimenopause and menopause
- Nutrition support for chronic and inflammatory health conditions
