Appointment Information
- Sessions range from $25–$250 for 50 minutes.
- Appointments are available in person, by phone, or virtually.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be charged the full session fee, as these are not covered by insurance.
Direct Billing Policy
We aim to make accessing support simple by offering direct billing to many extended health benefit providers. However, direct billing is not guaranteed, and coverage varies by plan.
Important Information:
- Clients are responsible for confirming their coverage for Clinical Counsellors and/or Registered Social Workers (RSW).
- We are unable to direct bill Saskatchewan Blue Cross or Co-operators Insurance. Receipts will be provided for client submission.
- If a claim is denied, partially paid, or coverage is exhausted, the remaining balance must be paid by the client.
- A valid card may be kept on file for unpaid balances, missed sessions, or late-cancellation fees.
- Insurance does not cover missed or late-cancelled appointments; these fees are billed directly to the client.
