Kristen Hill
RSW, Master of Counselling Student
Kristen is currently completing her Master of Counselling Psychology degree. She is a Registered Social Worker with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW) and the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW), bringing nine years of experience supporting individuals across diverse areas of practice. Throughout her career, she has worked with people navigating life transitions, mental health challenges, relationship concerns, stress, and personal growth.
Kristen is committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. She believes that healing and growth begin when individuals are given the opportunity to openly express themselves and explore their experiences at their own pace. Her approach is collaborative and client-centred, grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. Drawing on her broad background in social work, Kristen integrates evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. She works alongside clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and foster resilience, empowering them to move toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.
Kristen welcomes individuals aged 16-30 seeking support and is dedicated to walking alongside them as they explore challenges, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change.
