About Brooke

Brooke Blais serves as the Director of Operations, Finance & Marketing at Carter’s Counselling Services, overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, financial systems, billing, and strategic marketing initiatives to support client-centered care.

With a background in Psychology and Sociology, Brooke brings a strong understanding of mental health systems, client experience, and ethical practice into her leadership role. She is expecting to complete her Bachelor’s of Social Work in 2028.

Brooke is deeply involved in community outreach, program development, and brand growth, helping expand Carter’s Counselling’s presence through events, partnerships, and educational initiatives. She is passionate about making mental health services approachable, inclusive, and well-supported, believing that strong systems create space for meaningful therapeutic work.
