Katharine Carter is a registered social worker, professional mediator, grant writer, and mental health speaker with more than a decade of experience serving individuals, families, municipalities, nonprofits, and charitable organizations. With a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), a Master of Education(M.Ed), Katharine brings a unique combination of clinical expertise, conflict resolution, and strategic planning to every project she undertakes.
 
Throughout her career, Katharine has worked across multiple sectors, including social services, municipal government, and nonprofit leadership. She has experience developing bylaws, policies, governance documents, community initiatives, comprehensive assessments, and professional reports. Her background in municipal leadership has given her valuable insight into public policy, community engagement, and collaborative decision-making.
 
Katharine has a passion for helping nonprofit and charitable organizations secure sustainable funding through strategic grant writing. She understands the unique challenges organizations face and works closely with clients to develop grant applications that align with funder priorities while showcasing the impact of their work.
