Kelsey Prevost

Meet Kelsey Prevost, a dedicated social worker at Carter’s Counselling Services. With a journey in social work that began in 2017, Kelsey has found her calling in supporting children and youth aged 4-12 years old, especially those navigating trauma, abuse, family separation, anxiety, and complex family dynamics.

Kelsey’s diverse experience spans within various settings, including schools, community programs, supported living environments, and crisis intervention contexts. Her foundation in sociology, emphasizing child development and interpersonal skills, enriches her practice, providing a holistic understanding of her clients’ needs.

Operating through a trauma-informed approach, Kelsey is skilled at recognizing and valuing her clients’ inherent strengths. Her goal is to collaboratively discover solutions that empower her clients.
