Jessica is a Registered Social Worker and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. She uses a holistic approach that explores the connections between various aspects of her clients’ lives to create personalized plans that enhance their mental and emotional well-being. She am particularly passionate about the intersection of nutrition and mental health and incorporates this into her approach when relevant.
Jessica works with adults on a wide range of issues, and she has extensive experience supporting women experiencing arthritis, autoimmune conditions, menopause, and other related health concerns.
She has experience supporting clients with:
